Wii Fit OR Bull SH**?

So I got the chance to try out this Wii Fit everyone is talking about.

I have heard stories about people losing 15 lbs just doing the exercises so I had to try it out for myself and see how crazy it was.

I was severely disappointed.

Probably not the avenue people should be looking at when trying to lose a couple of pounds.

Most exercises are based on balance and "core" workouts. Like twirling your hips, leaning one way or another, Yoga etc...

Nothing exactly elevates your V02 max or even puts your body in a fat burning state.

There is nothing in the way or eating properly whatsoever.

Just ineffective exercises that gets one from the couch and on their feet.

Now is this a bad thing? Well if you are inactive and live on your couch I would definitely recommend it.

If you are an active individual, exercising and looking for results...there are much better options available to you.
