Whenever I go on this diet I tend to have weird ass sleep patterns. This ends up with me waking up the in the middle of the night and begging to go back to sleep.
I was late picking up my girlfriend from the airport. She was hungry so I took her to get some breakfast and pretty much had to watch her eat. It really didn't phase me that much but I have to remember that I'm only on the 2nd day of the diet.
I'm extremely sore from yesterdays workout and I love it. I haven't sweated like that in a long time and my abs haven't hurt like this since forever! I'm looking forward to week 2.
So far I'm 2 shakes down and 3 to go. Everything is pretty good. Just gotta get through the rest of the day and I'll have 26 more days to go.
