Soooo.....today wasn't so bad.
Of course I'm only on day 2 of a 28 day diet. It's not like I conquered Mount Everest or anything.
Every day I have to something called NEPA (Non exercise related physical activity) so I decided to hit the gym and do my prehab, movement prep and Physio ball stuff. Very light stuff but worth it.
Tomorrow is Day 2 of my training program and Day 3 of the diet. It will get harder as I go deeper into the rabbit hole but I know I'll be able to get through it just like last time. No excuses. No giving up.
